BioTower as a flying vehicle docking station as skyscrapers dominate urban life. Developing of three-dimensional urban program for a spatial network of pathways for flying taxis.

Using the total volume of unbuilt space above the ground gives us about four times more space comparing to streets space between buildings. Skycab parking would adapt to the city structure. Parking will be integrated into building as a major design feature.
